	TV-friendly Riders are asked to wear translucent lenses so their eyes are visible. Slightly colored or tinted lenses are okay.

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes 30 minutes prior to each race. 1B5. Violations of Rules (c) A rider who is disqualified for a medical control infraction must promptly return any prizes and primes won in the event, though this obligation shall be stayed while a hearing is pending. IMPORTANT: All cyclists are subject to random, unannounced drug testing throughout the duration of the event by USADA officials. Riders with pending doping cases are NOT permitted to register or participate in the Tour de Toona. Any riders disqualified as a result of a doping test either before or during the Tour de Toona will be required to return any prize money forfeited via USADA agreement or CAS ruling.
